The BVI Business Company (Amendment of Schedule 1) Order (the “Order”), 2021 has passed on 31st May, 2021 setting out the new fees to be charged to BVI Business Company by the Registry. The Order and shall come into force on 1st July 2021.
Most significant changes that are particularly relevant to the incorporation will be:
US$75 increase for the initial registration of directors by the Registrar
US$50 additional disbursement for a physical copy of all certificates. No additional fee will be charged if only electronic version is applied
As your registered agent, Aegis can assist in free certification of the applied copies.
Whilst the changes will result in an increase on the incorporation fee, Aegis’ associated professional fees remain unchanged.
